3. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Due to the nature of content delivered, refunds will not be issued for our products and services unless your debit or credit card was charged more than once by our merchant service for the same product or service within the same account. We are not responsible for payments charged by customers more than once in a 24 hour or more time frame for the same product or service within the same account. For monthly or yearly recurring memberships, these may be canceled given that you provide Dharius Daniels Ministries at least three (3) days’ e-mail notice, as provided herein, of Your cancellation of Your Account. If You provide such notice less than three (3) days before the anniversary of the creation of your Subscriber Account, Your credit card may still be charged. You will not be entitled to pro-rate Your payment, nor will You be entitled to any refund for any payments to Dharius Daniels Ministries. If you are unclear about the refund or cancellation terms, send us an email with any questions to [email protected].
4. PAYMENTS AND PAYMENT PLANS
The investment for The Daniels Consultant Group Inc., Dharius Daniels, LLC, & Dharius Daniels programs and products vary. You agree to pay the full amount indicated on the checkout page. Your investment will auto draft at the point of sale from your bank account on the date of your enrollment. If you’re unclear about the payment terms, email [email protected] for clarification. You will receive a receipt upon purchase.
5. YOUR ACCOUNT
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use The Daniels Consultant Group Inc., Dharius Daniels, LLC, & Dharius Daniels services, and you agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that The Daniels Consultant Group Inc., Dharius Daniels, LLC, & Dharius Daniels may store and use the information you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your Account.
5.1 Access to Previous Purchases
As an accommodation to you, subsequent to acquiring access to The Daniels Consultant Group Inc., Dharius Daniels, LLC, & Dharius Daniels training, you may download previously acquired training (when available) onto any Associated Device. Some The Daniels Consultant Group Inc., Dharius Daniels, LLC, & Dharius Daniels training or services that you previously acquired access to may not be available for subsequent download or access at any given time, and The Daniels Consultant Group Inc., Dharius Daniels, LLC, & Dharius Daniels shall have no liability to you in such event.
As you may not be able to subsequently download certain previously-acquired content or training, once you download an item, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage it, and you may want to back it up.
The Daniels Consultant Group Inc., Dharius Daniels, LLC, & Dharius Daniels reserves the right to change content options (including eligibility for particular features) or remove access without notice to any previously purchased training or content that is no longer valid or deemed out of date. For any “lifetime access” purchase, the lifetime of the offer is dependent on the lifespan in which we are selling the product.

Daniels Den collects user data ranging from personal data to data from social networks to track results of advertisements. Examples data we may collect on our users:
Personal picture: Daniels Den collects the avatar from social media sites to be used as a personal picture of the user.
Daniels Den may collect the birthday, gender, country, and city of the user to track personal information and demographics for advertising and marketing purposes.
Daniels Den stores the email address, to send emails such as advertisement offers or messages to the user. Daniels Den does not share email addresses to third parties without consent.
